Habit #2: A regular workout routine.

We possess different body types, and it is always essential to work out regularly accordingly. Not just for your body but also your skin. Please don't listen to those who say you don't need sunscreen on a cloudy day because the clouds aren't going to stop the UV rays from reaching the Earth's surface. Be it a sunny one or a cloudy one, it is always essential to put on enough sunscreen before stepping out. Don't wait till the wrinkles and spots surface on your skin. Because Sun damage is also responsible for early signs of aging and spots. So, don't ignore now and regret later.

Habit #5: The crucial cleansing.

No matter how tired your day has been from work, make cleansing a priority before you end your day. Oil, makeup, and other impurities that cause clogged pores and breakouts can be stripped off of your skin once you cleanse it. It must be done every morning when you wake up and every evening before bedtime. No excuses.
