Good move. Here's how to get the most out of Regenerate.
Most people use hair products on autopilot and then wonder why nothing changed. This page is the short version of what actually works: the routine, the timing, what's in the bottle, and who to talk to if something's off.
The routine
Three products, one job: fuller-looking hair
Each step sets up the next one. Skip the serum and you're leaving the biggest lever untouched. Skip the conditioner and the shampoo's work gets undone by tangles and breakage.
Regenerate Shampoo
Biotin plus Pro-Vitamin B5 and seven botanical extracts. This is the wash that cleans the scalp without stripping it.
- Soak hair fully with lukewarm water first. Hot water dries the scalp out.
- Use a quarter-sized amount and work it into the scalp with your fingertips for a full minute. The scalp is the point, not the ends.
- Rinse well. Leftover product is the number one cause of flat, weighed-down hair.
- Wash 2 to 4 times a week depending on how oily your scalp gets. Daily is fine if you need it.
Regenerate Conditioner
Biotin, Pro-Vitamin B5 and B7, and 11 amino acids. It coats the strand after washing so hair holds volume instead of collapsing.
- Squeeze excess water out first. Conditioner on dripping hair slides right off.
- Apply from mid-length to ends. Keep it off the roots unless your scalp is very dry.
- Leave it 2 to 3 minutes. Detangle gently with fingers or a wide-tooth comb while it sits.
- Rinse with cooler water to close the cuticle. Hair feels smoother and looks shinier.
Regenerate Biotin Serum
The leave-in step. This is where biotin gets time on the scalp instead of going down the drain.
- Towel-dry until hair is damp, not wet. Damp hair absorbs, soaked hair dilutes.
- Start with a small amount. Part your hair in sections and apply directly to the scalp, especially where hair feels thin.
- Massage for 60 seconds. Fingertips, not nails. This is the part most people rush.
- Do not rinse. Style as usual. Use it on non-wash days too, on dry hair, if you want faster results.
What to expect
A realistic timeline, because hair does not rush
Hair grows roughly half an inch a month. Anything promising a transformation in a week is selling you a feeling. Here's what consistent use usually looks like.
Scalp feels cleaner and less itchy. Hair feels lighter because product buildup is gone. Styling gets a little easier.
Roots start to feel fuller when you run your hands through. Less breakage in the shower drain and on the brush.
This is where most people notice the difference in photos. Hair looks thicker at the part line and holds volume longer.
Maintenance mode. Keep the routine going. Stopping usually means slowly drifting back to where you started.
Individual results vary. Regenerate supports the look and feel of thicker, fuller hair. It is not a treatment for medical hair loss. If you're losing hair suddenly or in patches, talk to a doctor.
Small habits, big difference
Six things that make Regenerate work harder
What's in the bottle
The ingredients doing the actual work
Regenerate is built around biotin, but biotin alone is not the whole story. The supporting cast is what keeps the scalp calm and the strand strong enough to hold volume.
Full ingredient lists are printed on each bottle. If you have a known allergy, check the label before use and patch test behind the ear first.
Questions we get a lot
Straight answers
Do I really need all three products?
You'll get something from any one of them. You'll get the most from all three because they each do a different job: shampoo clears the scalp, conditioner protects the strand, serum delivers biotin where it stays. If you only add one, add the serum.
How long before I see a difference?
Most people feel a change in the first couple of weeks (cleaner scalp, lighter hair) and see a visible difference between weeks six and eight. Give it 12 weeks before making a call. That's one full hair cycle of consistent use.
Can I use the serum every day?
Yes. Daily use on damp or dry hair is how you get the most out of it. Focus on the scalp, keep the amount small, and don't rinse it out.
Is Regenerate for men or women?
Both. Thinning hair doesn't check your ID. The routine is the same for everyone; the only thing that changes is how often you wash.
I stopped using it and my hair went back to how it was. Is that normal?
Yes, and it's true of every topical hair product. Regenerate supports your hair while you use it. Think of it like a gym routine, not a one-time fix.
